Townhouse developments through Carlswald and Glen Erasmia are mostly drywall on timber framing. We anchor into the studs wherever possible, and use rated toggle bolts where stud spacing doesn't allow. Cable concealment in drywall is usually fully invisible — a real advantage in compact townhouse lounges where surface trunking would stand out.
Halfway House & Vorna Valley family homes
Older Midrand suburbs — Halfway House, Vorna Valley, Noordwyk — have a mix of double-brick family homes and earlier townhouse developments. Solid brick takes a fixed or tilt mount beautifully.
