What to send when you message us
The faster we can quote, the faster you can book. To save us a back-and-forth, please include:
- Your suburb — so we can confirm coverage and timing.
- The TV size and brand if you know it (32", 55", 75" etc.).
- A photo of the wall — even a quick phone snap from across the room.
- What you want done: just mount it, hide cables, set up smart features, soundbar?
- Whether you have a bracket already or want one supplied.
That is usually enough for an accurate quote. If we need anything else, we will ask.
Booking a same-day install
For same-day installation in Johannesburg, Sandton, Midrand, Randburg, Pretoria, Centurion, the East Rand or West Rand, message us before midday and we will do our best to slot you in for the afternoon. Saturday slots usually fill up by Wednesday or Thursday.
Office, retail & commercial enquiries
For commercial installations — boardrooms, retail signage, restaurants, gyms, body corporates — please email info@rapidtvmounting.co.za with site address, screen sizes and ideal install date. We will follow up with a written quote and an invoice in your business's name.
